This is Reuben, Elliots friend from Nelson MACC. Even though he's not Osler, he's still MACC and he lykes manga therefore making him a good person (my logic is obviously correct).

Its not good to keep out other MACCers whether they're from Osler or not therefore I say you should accept him 2 teh club =3

Just send a note to ~teiteika with the MACC you're from and the name of someone who can vouch for you. (if you're and O. MACCer, you can write your own real name, seeing as she was from O.)
